777sc Terms & Conditions — The Rules That Govern Your Account and Every Bet You Place

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 777sc (hereinafter "777sc", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any natural person (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses the 777sc platform available at 777sc.org and its associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the 777sc platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 777sc's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the 777sc platform, close any open account, and withdraw any remaining balance. Continued use of 777sc following notification of any material change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 777sc. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity, a family member's identity, a fabricated identity, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, 777sc may request that you complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. This process is mandatory for all withdrawal requests and may be initiated at any other time at 777sc's sole discretion. KYC verification requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your valid National Identity Card (CNIC) showing both front and rear sides.
• Proof of Age: Your date of birth as shown on your CNIC must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: Confirmation that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank account, or other payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name.
• Source of Funds: 777sc reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited, particularly for high-volume accounts.

You agree to keep all account information current and accurate at all times. Failure to maintain accurate information or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing and may result in account termination.

777sc accepts deposits made through the following payment channels currently available to Pakistani players:

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — regardless of your relationship with the account holder — are strictly prohibited. 777sc reserves the right to return deposits received from third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Deposits credited to your 777sc account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation. Deposits cannot be reversed once accepted into your account balance. If you believe a deposit has been credited in error, contact 777sc support immediately.

Withdrawal of funds from your 777sc account is subject to the following conditions, all of which must be satisfied before any payout is processed:

• Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved by the 777sc compliance team.
• Your withdrawal request must not relate to funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement — bonus-linked funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the identity on your verified 777sc account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for all methods except USDT TRC20.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within 1–3 hours depending on banking system availability. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

777sc reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence procedures. This includes — but is not limited to — requests for additional KYC documentation, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance reviews triggered by account activity patterns.

The following general terms apply to all 777sc promotional offers unless explicitly superseded by the specific terms attached to an individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn from your 777sc account.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each promotion are stated in the specific terms of that promotion at the time of offer.

• Bets on abandoned, postponed, or cancelled events are governed by the specific sport rules — in most cases, markets are voided and stakes returned, unless stated otherwise in the specific event terms.

While 777sc makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance periods and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice.

777sc's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777sc reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same individual.
• Identification of underage access.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account termination for reasons other than Terms breach, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player following satisfactory completion of all KYC and security checks. In cases of termination due to Terms breach, 777sc reserves the right to withhold or forfeit account balances as appropriate to the circumstances.

777sc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 777sc will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sc holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through the following procedure:

1. Stage 1 – Internal Resolution: Contact 777sc support with a formal written description of the dispute. 777sc will investigate and provide a written response within 14 business days.
2. Stage 2 – Escalated Review: If you remain unsatisfied with the Stage 1 response, request escalation to 777sc's Compliance team in writing. A final internal decision will be issued within 28 business days.
3. Stage 3 – Licensing Authority: Should the dispute remain unresolved following Stage 2, you may refer the matter to 777sc's licensing authority for independent adjudication in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures.

Neither party may commence any court proceedings with respect to a dispute until the above procedure has been followed and exhausted in full. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief where circumstances require.
